He brings deep domain expertise in commercial technology, operations, fintech, digital, data and general appointments, and is recognised for helping executive teams build sustainable, diverse leadership benches equipped to navigate complex change and drive long‑term enterprise value.
James spent ten years at a leading boutique executive search firm, playing a central role in scaling its global financial services and technology practices. James began his career at Unilever as a Graduate Trainee, gaining early exposure to world‑class leadership development and operational excellence.
He holds a Degree in Food Science & Chemistry from the University of Reading and a master’s in business management from Henley Management College.

Jonathan is a has over 20 years’ experience as an executive search professional partnering with global financial services organisations to shape senior leadership capability.
He works closely with C‑suite executives on succession planning, talent assessment and development, leadership acquisition, and diversity strategy, helping organisations build resilient, future‑ready leadership teams.
He brings deep functional expertise across operations and technology & operations, data & analytics, engineering, IT transformation, product innovation, and customer experience. His work spans both enterprise‑scale transformation and high‑impact leadership hires that shape long‑term organisational performance.
Jon began his career as a researcher at a boutique search firm before progressing into senior leadership roles across three global executive search organisations, where he led practices focused on financial services, technology, and operational leadership.
